The MasterFit philosophy has always been about putting Vauxhall customers first – with long opening hours and fixed-price servicing while-you-wait. Now Vauxhall MasterFit’s customer promise is setting new standards in car servicing and repairs.
The concept is built around convenience for customers in every aspect of the MasterFit experience. Drivers can rely on professional advice on what work is essential and what is desirable.
Value is assured by a monthly local price check on servicing and parts prices, while pricing and invoicing is completely transparent. Any amendments or variations to work recommended are agreed with the customer before the job is started.
The latest diagnostic equipment for all Vauxhall models is used at all MasterFit Centres to maintain levels of safety, reliability, emissions and performance.
And because all MasterFit Centres are linked in to the manufacturer’s database, vehicle and software enhancements advised by Vauxhall will be carried out free of charge.
The new standards ensure an unrivalled experience for Vauxhall drivers.
