Alternative Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or complaint should be made in writing to the supplying dealer at the address shown on our 'CONTACT US' page of our website by Recorded Delivery. If after writing on at least two occasions and the matter remains unresolved then an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is available. All Companies which form part of www.scottishvauxhall.co.uk are members of The Motor Ombudsman (https://www.themotorombudsman.org) who are approved ADR providers. The Motor Ombudsman will attempt to mediate the complaint or dispute.
