Store Free home delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery will be made only to your home address, which must be the same as the billing address on your finance agreement. There is no charge applied for home delivery. Delivery will be carried out only by your nearest Vauxhall Retailer. Excludes Highlights, some Scottish postcodes, Islands and Northern Ireland. Your Retailer will drive your vehicle to your home address. Please note that the mileage of the vehicle on delivery will include the delivery miles. Offer available on new orders completed on the Vauxhall Store between 13th December 2022 – 5th April 2023. 14 day free return Terms and Conditions
**Offer valid for 14 full days from the day of delivery. 400 mileage limit. Available on Vauxhall Online Store only. Notification of return must be sent via email to onlinesales@vauxhall.co.uk with intent to cancel within 14 full days of vehicle handover and vehicle returned within 4 days of the notification. Other than any fair wear and tear, the Vehicle must be returned as per original conditions, to qualify for the offer with all keys, loose items and V5 with vehicle or deposit will be held until V5 returned. Vehicle must be returned by the customer to supplying retailer. Upon return vehicle cannot have any charges or claims from any third party against it. You must not have made a previous purchases under the 14 Day Return Guarantee in relation to any vehicle in the preceding 12 months from the date of a proposed purchases.
