New Vivaro marks a proud 67 years of Vauxhall Motors building vans in Britain. It all started back in 1952 with the iconic CA van. Now, we’re the UK’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer with over one million Vivaro-type vans built since production started in 2001.
Made in our Luton manufacturing facility, where recent investment has increased the annual production capacity to 100,000 vehicles, the new Vivaro merges iconic design with engineering precision.
And just like every Vauxhall that leaves our production line, it’s designed to perform, with a level of durability, practicality and comfort you'll struggle to find anywhere else.

Meet the clever features and practical solutions that make every working day in Vivaro easier. Twin sliding side-access doors as standard give you easy access to the load area, as well as the option to add electric hands-free opening. A clever feature that brings innovation to the class.

Despite its relatively compact exterior dimensions, the Vivaro’s clever interior packaging and innovative FlexCargo passenger bench seat create an impressive load volume and load length.

The Vivaro Doublecab has you covered. It boasts space for up to six crew, as well as a fully folding rear bench seat (on Edition models), giving you up to 5.5cu.m of versatile loadspace should you need it.

Foldable Rear Bench with Integrated Bulkhead
A generous load volume of up to 4cu.m can be expanded to 5.5cu.m by folding up the rear bench. This is complete with a folding steel-mesh bulkhead – a first for a van in this sector.

GET TO GRIPS
With the Vivaro’s Worksite Pack. Together with the IntelliGrip system, it raises your suspension by 25mm, giving you more grip and better control on hard and uneven surfaces. Also included is an under-engine cover plate to prevent damage to your van.

The Vivaro’s IntelliGrip system provides extra levels of traction on difficult surfaces such as mud, sand or snow.
Eight-Speed Auto
A smooth and ultra-efficient eight-speed auto will take you further for less.
Foldable Front Seat
Fold up the base of the outer front seat to free up additional loadspace when you need it. That’s 6.6cu.m in total.
FlexCargo Load-through
Seat three comfortably up front or use the load-through bulkhead to maximise load length when carrying longer cargo (up to 4024mm to be precise).
