"I wish to commend the prompt and efficient Service provided by your staff in resolving an engine fault on my car.

On Wednesday, 12July, I visited your Reception Desk and explained the fault which I was experiencing. An appointment was made for the following day when your mechanic conducted a Diagnostic check and quickly identified the problem as being a damaged Ignition Module. Fortunately, you had a spare component in-stock which was fitted immediately.

As a first-time-customer I greatly appreciated the courteous service and advice provided in fixing this 'Chevrolet' problem.

As you will be aware Chevrolet are withdrawing from the European market and contracting operations significantly: the nearest Chevrolet Agents to Buckie are located at Dalgetty Bay and Inverness - not at all convenient. I am therefore heartened that your Vauxhall Dealership/Service might be able to help me in the future.
