"I recently requested assistance from your good selves in the matter of a spot of rust on my Antara that may have been covered by the warranty. I initially spoke to Heather who was very helpful throughout the process.
I brought the car in for an examination on 16 February and though there were no entries in the Service Book regarding anti-corrosion inspections the Bodyshop took photographs and agreed to approach Vauxhall to see if they would cover the cost of repair. In response Vauxhall stated that since the required entries had not been made in the Service Book the work could not be carried under the warranty. However they did agree to cover the work as a goodwill gesture and my thanks for their generous response. The work was completed to a very high standard including valeting.
Would you therefore accept this letter of thanks for all the assistance given. I would particularly like to thank Heather and the Bodyshop staff for being so helpful. The whole job from beginning to end was carried out in a very professional and competent manner.
In these days where organisations promise so much but don't always deliver it is indeed a pleasure to exprience such a positive and customer orientated approach to delivering the product".
