AUTOVISION WINS NUMBER ONE FOR 2020 VAUXHALL CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE AWARD

We are celebrating here at Autovision, Inverness, as the team has been awarded the prestigious Customer Excellence Award, and named Number 1 amongst the top 50 Vauxhall Retailers in the UK.

Autovision has been recognised as the country’s top performing retailer and rewarded for our exemplary levels of customer service following the results of the annual Vauxhall Customer Satisfaction Survey. The team has worked tirelessly to deliver an exceptional level of service to each individual customer to rank Number 1 in the top 50 retailers in the UK for customer satisfaction.

By fostering a culture where customer satisfaction is the number one priority, Autovision ensures each individual customer visit is one of enjoyment. The team, incredibly customer-focused and commercially talented, offer their expertise and sound advice to ensure customers leave feeling informed, valued and happy.

What’s more, this isn’t the first time our efforts have been recognised, as this is the second year running that the team has scooped the No 1 award.

Mackays of Dingwall & Regency Car Sales have also won the 2020 Customer Excellence award and both ranked in the top 50 in the UK.
