Mackays of Dingwall/Scottishvauxhall are proud to sponsor young and talented Matt McQueen from Golspie, Sutherland with his kart racing.

Matt started racing in 2017 when he was 13 years old and racing in the junior Rotax class. His local kart club ran 3 Non MSA events last year which Matt won the championship for his class.

After a promising season, his parents decided to get Matt his RAC motorsport licence, a new chassis and engine. He is now running a TonyKart for the 2018 season, of which he has competed in 5 races so far and has won Best Novice Awards at all of the meetings

Matt regularly races at his local track in Golspie ( www.nskc.co.uk for more information on kart racing). On Thursday, 9th of August Matt will be heading to Boyndie for the Scottish Championships at Grampian Kart Club (www.grampiankartclub.com ).
