Receptionist/Aftersales advisor Inverness

A vacancy has arisen within our busy Inverness dealership for a full-time Receptionist/Aftersales advisor

We are looking for the perfect candidate to provide the first point of contact for all customers covering all of our departments, delivering professional and efficient customer service from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who

·         Has a friendly and courteous manner

·         Great communication skills –telephone/face-to-face/emails

·         Excellent computer skills – working with emails/dealer management system

·         Good organization skills

 

Our receptionist duties include welcoming people who visit the business, distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls, and offering administrative support across the Aftersales Departments

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5 pm
