SALES EXECUTIVE MORAVIAN MOTORS

Here at Moravian Motors, our sales advisors play a vital role within our team by delivering first-class customer service every time and we want you to be part of our success. If you have previous experience in a sales role, an interest in cars, like dealing with people, and have basic IT skills we want to hear from you.

MAIN DUTIES

Greeting customers, discussing their needs, and advising them on the most suitable vehicle
Arranging test drives
Negotiating sale and trade-in prices
Working out finance arrangements and packages, which may include organising registration plates, road tax, and delivery of vehicles
Highlighting any additional products relevant to the customer
Processing orders and completing relevant paperwork, which may include carrying out stock checks.
Updating customers on the progress of orders and contacting potential customers to update them about new vehicles and deals
Updating stock lists
Managing advertising, social media, and updating the website
Keeping the forecourt and cars clean and tidy
Providing potential customers with relevant literature and information
SKILLS / PERSONAL QUALITIES

Full in-house training combined with manufacturer training courses will be provided. What we are looking for from you…

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience

Excellent communication skills
Results orientated
Numeracy skills
Smart and presentable
Enthusiastic about customer service
PC / social media literate
Full UK driving licence

FCA Compliance Clause:

To ensure that FCA Regulations are adhered to at all times; maintain a good working knowledge of FCA Regulations by reading appropriate literature and attending FCA training sessions/workshops/seminars; achieve the appropriate compliance level set by Regency Car Sales Limited and maintain this level of competence with further FCA testing every 12 months.
